We are looking for someone who is:

  • To help our clients, we need a recruiter that can relate well with users. You must be positive and enthusiastic about their problem-solving process while being organized enough for deadlines!
  • You should be excited about the opportunity to help us grow.
  • We need someone who can quickly adapt and provide fast-paced support - you know you have experience with both mathematical topics as well financials, so this would suit your skillset.
  • Plus it sounds like plenty is going on here at our company right now which means lots of opportunities for learning hands-on if things go well indeed.

Customer service is our number one priority. We answer technical customer inquiries via email, generate high-quality educational resources for our users and team members alike (designed in collaboration with engineers!), work collaboratively to understand all of the feedback that comes into us before implementing any changes or creating new features--it's not just about making you heard; it also essential understanding what needs to be solved first by listening carefully so we can best serve your needs!
