This feature is limited in some plans.
The Codetrails Error Analytics Server supports a variety of roles, the two central ones being reporter and reviewer. The end user reporting errors assumes the former role, while the developer triaging and fixing them assumes the latter.
Whereas reviewers have full access to all problems and incidents, reporters have only limited access: They can access all incidents reported by them through their personal submission pages. They can also access the corresponding problems, but only in an anonymized way that does not disclose any information submitted by other users who also reported the same problem.
This anonymization includes part of the stack trace, the log message, or any comments another user may have submitted.
