Immediate Submission Feedback
After users have sent an error report, they will receive immediate feedback on their submission. In particular, they will be pointed to their personal submission page, where they can contribute further information and check on the status of the reported problem.
If the reported problem is already known, users will get feedback on its current status. For example, they can be notified when the problem is fixed already in a newer version of the software or when some further information is needed by the developers to reproduce the problem.
